This research, has given him a wide view of the pros and cons of living in various areas of the State. Dale has also played an active roll in the Central Oregon Coast Board of Realtors as Government and Political Affairs Chair from 1999 to 2004, 2001 "Realtor of the Year", and State Director from 1999 to 2006. Dale has also served on the Oregon Association of Realtors Political Affairs KOG. Dale stays current with the latest educational updates in real estate valuation, investment, taxation and is currently attending advanced courses in commercial investment anaylis through CCIM.
